Unified Digital Platform (UDP)
The Unified Digital Platform (UDP) for MSMEs is a flagship digital intervention under the RAMP Programme, designed as a One-Stop Digital solution for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Goa. Developed by the Department of Industries, Trade and Commerce (DITC), the platform aims to provide 360-degree, end-to-end support to MSMEs through a data-driven and Integrated Digital System.
The UDP addresses key challenges faced by MSMEs such as lack of awareness, procedural complexity, and limited access to schemes and services , which have resulted in low uptake of Central and State Government MSME schemes. By consolidating information, applications, compliance support, training, and grievance redressal into a single platform, UDP simplifies the MSME journey and improves ease of doing business in Goa.

Enable data-driven monitoring, tracking, and decision-making under the RAMP Programme
05
Strengthen institutional efficiency and transparency in MSME service delivery
06
Provide timely grievance redressal via an integrated online dispute resolution mechanism
How it Works
The Unified Digital Platform functions through multiple integrated modules that together provide seamless digital support to MSMEs. It offers comprehensive information on MSME schemes, incentives, policies, and eligibility conditions, along with an online application and tracking system for both State and Central Government schemes. The platform assists MSMEs in understanding and fulfilling statutory and regulatory compliances and provides access to skill development and capacity-building programmes under RAMP. The RAMP Monitoring Dashboard tracks and monitors the progress achieved under various approved interventions of RAMP. Further, an integrated Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) module enables digital grievance redressal for the MSMEs in Goa. All these services are delivered through a single, unified digital interface, significantly reducing dependence on physical visits and manual processes.
