The MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme is designed to promote Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) practices among MSMEs, helping them enhance product quality while minimizing environmental impact. The scheme motivates MSMEs to adopt sustainable, standardized processes, reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and integrate global best practices. It provides certification at Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, financial assistance, handholding, and market credibility to help MSMEs become globally competitive.

Eligibility

All MSMEs registered with the UDYAM registration portal (of the MoMSME) will be eligible to participate in MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certication and avail related benefits/incentives.

How to Apply?
Visit the official ZED Certification Portal.
Take the ZED Pledge (mandatory).
Apply online for Bronze / Silver / Gold level certification.
Upload required documents and complete assessments:
Bronze: Document verification
Silver: Remote assessment
Gold: On-site assessment
Receive certification and avail incentives.
