Trademark Reimbursement Scheme
The Trademark Reimbursement Scheme, under the Goa Start-up Policy 2017, supports certified start-ups that have entered the production or service delivery phase by reimbursing 50% of trademark registration costs for their company name and logo, subject to a cap. Implemented by the Start-up Promotion Cell (SPC), the scheme helps reduce the financial burden of brand protection and encourages start-ups to secure their intellectual identity.
Benefits

Maximum reimbursement of ₹25,000 per start-up.

Limited to 200 start-ups per year, selected by the SPC.

Subject to SPC approval; not an entitlement.
Eligibility

Applicant must be a start-up certified by the SPC with a valid certificate number.

Start-up must have successfully registered its trademark and entered production or service delivery.

Directors’ bank accounts must be Aadhaar-linked.

How to Apply?
Log in to the UDP Goa website.
Select Trademark Reimbursement Scheme from the list of schemes.
Click on the Apply button.
You will be automatically redirected to the Goa Online Portal to submit your application.
