Subsidy on Stamp duty and Registration Charges (Logistics and Warehousing Scheme)
This subsidy supports the development of Logistics and Warehousing infrastructure in Goa by reducing the upfront cost of land acquisition and leasing. Through reimbursement of stamp duty and registration charges, the scheme encourages new investments and expansion of logistics-based projects across the state.
Benefits

100% Stamp Duty reimbursement, up to ₹10 lakh.

Applies to lease, sale, and mortgage deeds (for banks/EDC).

Subject to valid receipts, scheme compliance, committee approval, and budget availability.
Eligibility

Eligible entities: Logistics/warehousing providers in Goa meeting scheme conditions.

Eligible documents: Stamp Duty & Registration Charges for land/lease/mortgage linked to logistics use.

Eligible timing: Payments made after Logistics & Warehousing Policy 2023.

Eligible projects: New units and expansions/diversifications for logistics/warehousing.

Claim process: Apply via Goa Online Portal with registered documents and receipts.

Benefit restriction: No similar subsidy availed for the same transaction.

General eligibility: 40% Goan employment, PAN, regular ITRs, 6 months operation, non-mega unit.

How to Apply?
Open the UDP portal and navigate to schemes tab.
Select Subsidy on Stamp Duty and Registration Charges from the list of offline schemes.
Click on the Application Form button to download.
Enter your mobile number, email ID and district to show your interest.
Fill out the form and attach the required documents.
Submit the completed form to the concerned department.
