The Subsidy Towards Upgradation in Logistics Management Software under the Goa Logistics & Warehousing Policy 2023 aims to modernize logistics operations by supporting entities in adopting digital tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and real-time management. The scheme provides financial assistance for purchasing and installing approved logistics software systems such as TMS, WMS, fleet management tools, and route optimization software. This helps logistics operators reduce operational costs, enhance productivity, and improve service delivery.

Benefits

  • award-check 50% reimbursement of expenses incurred for establishment of Quality Management Systems and obtaining eligible quality certifications.

  • award-check The maximum subsidy cap is ₹5 lakh per entity.

  • award-check The benefit is a one-time reimbursement.

  • award-check The subsidy is disbursed only after acquisition of the quality certification.

  • award-check Subject to valid invoices, certification proof, approval, and budget availability.

Eligibility

  • Submit claims via Goa Online Portal in ANNEXURE-V format.

  • For expenses after Logistics and Warehousing Policy 2023 announcement.

  • 50% reimbursement (max Rs. 2,00,000 per installation per entity).

  • Once per financial year per entity.

  • Software must improve logistics efficiency and cover only initial purchase/installation costs.

  • Eligible software includes TMS, WMS, Fleet Management etc. (excluding tracking devices software).

Required Documentation

Identity and authorization documents including Aadhaar and power of attorney, if applicable

Business registration certificates such as PAN, GST, trade license, and registration proof

Proof of premises including lease or sale agreement and electricity bill

Organizational and compliance records including board resolution or partnership deed and CA certificate for non-duplication of incentives

Employee and operational records including payroll, EPF/ESI registration, and initial and six-month sale bills

Bank document for disbursement and software-related invoices with GST copy for eligible claims

Open the UDP portal and navigate to schemes tab.

Select Subsidy Towards Upgradation in Logistics Management Software from the list of offline schemes.

Click on the Application Form button to download.

Enter your mobile number, email ID and district to show your interest.

Fill out the form and attach the required documents.

Submit the completed form to the concerned department.
