The Subsidy Towards Annual Interest Rate Payable on Loans under the Goa Logistics & Warehousing Policy 2023 provides financial support to logistics and warehousing projects by reimbursing a portion of the interest paid on loans taken for construction and infrastructure development. This subsidy reduces the financial burden during the crucial development stage and encourages investment in high-quality logistics parks, warehouses, cold chain units, and related facilities. Applications are processed through the Incentive Review Committee under the DITC.

Eligibility

  • Eligible logistics/warehousing activities in Goa.

  • Must own and operate in Goa, meeting regulatory requirements.

  • Loan from eligible banks/NBFCs required.

  • 40%+ Goan employees; subsidy varies by percentage.

  • Minimum land area varies by activity.

  • Operational for 6+ months after policy notification.

  • Valid PAN, regular tax returns, and category documents if applicable.

Required Documentation

Caste certificate for SC/ST entrepreneurs, if applicable

Detailed project report, self-attested

Approved project cost certified by a chartered engineer

Bank proof such as passbook or cancelled cheque

Term loan sanction letter

Loan disbursement certificate issued by the bank

Bank certificate on status of loan

Interest paid certificate issued by the bank
