Procurement and Marketing Support (PMS) Scheme
This Market Access scheme aims to support MSMEs by facilitating their participation in domestic and international trade fairs and exhibitions. It focuses on expanding market outreach, strengthening buyer–seller linkages, and promoting vendor development. The scheme also builds MSME capacity through awareness on packaging, export‑import procedures, GeM portal, and market trends.

Strengthens capacity and competitiveness of MSMEs through adoption of modern packaging, barcoding, e‑commerce platforms, and exposure to best market practices.

Enhances market readiness and visibility of MSMEs via national workshops/seminars and development of retail outlets for promotion of GI products.
Eligibility

Manufacturing/ Service Sectors MSEs having valid Udyam Registration (UR) Certificate.
Required Documentation
Only Udyam‑registered Micro & Small Enterprises are eligible under PMS
Documents may slightly vary depending on the specific component (Trade Fair, VDP, Capacity Building, GI Retail Outlet)
Applications are routed through Office of DC (MSME) / MSME‑DIs / implementing agencies
How to Apply?
Identify the relevant component (Trade Fairs/Exhibitions, VDP, Capacity Building, GI Retail Outlet) as per MSME requirement.
Submit online application on the MSME portal/through Office of DC (MSME) with required documents.
Screening and approval by the concerned authority (Ministry/Office of DC (MSME)).
Participation/implementation and submission of utilization/participation details for benefit release.
