Performance Linked Grant Scheme for Smaller Business Units (Goa IT Policy Schemes)
"Performance Linked Grant Scheme for Smaller Business Units" is one of the "Information Technology Policy Schemes" by the Department of Information Technology, Government of Goa. The objective and the scope of this scheme is to provide Performance Linked Grant to the eligible Information Technology Units in the State of Goa. A performance grant of 5% of the reported net income subject to a total cap of ₹ 25,00,000. The scheme has been framed as a part of Goa's IT Policy that envisages Goa as an aspirational geographical and human resource base for IT Units and a preferred destination for their investment and expansion.

Performance grant of 5% of reported net income.

Applicable only if 15% y-o-y turnover growth achieved.

Growth must be for any three consecutive years.

Maximum total grant capped at INR 25 lakh per Unit.
Eligibility

Smaller Business Units must operate in Goa.

Eligible entities: Proprietorship, Private Ltd., Public Ltd., Partnership, or LLP.

Unit and partners/directors’ bank accounts must be linked with Aadhaar.

Udyog Aadhaar is required to claim benefits.

Units receiving similar incentives under other Goa Government policies are not eligible.

Scheme provisions are not binding assurances from the Government.

Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA & AOA)
Copy of first bill or document showing commencement of operations
Copy of Income Tax Returns for the claimed period
CA/Auditor certificate verifying reported income
