The Coir Vikas Yojana (CVY) is an Umbrella Scheme being implemented by the Coir Board, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, for the holistic development of the Coir Industry across the country.

Coir units registered with Coir Board.

MSMEs with valid Udyam Registration.

Duly filled Application Form (online or prescribed format of Coir Board)
Aadhaar Card of applicant/authorized signatory Recent Passport‑size Photographs
Udyam Registration Certificate (mandatory for units/MSMEs)
Coir Board Registration Certificate (for coir units/cooperatives)
Proof of Address (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Utility Bill) Bank Account Details
Copy of passbook or cancelled cheque
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), wherever applicable
Self‑Declaration / Affidavit as prescribed by Coir Board
Mobile number and Email ID
How to Apply?
Check eligibility & keep documents ready.
Coir Board registration, Udyam, Aadhaar, bank details.
Submit application through Coir Board portal (MyCoir) or at the Regional/Sub‑Regional Coir Board Office(http://coirboard.gov.in).
Verification & approval by Coir Board followed by release of training/subsidy benefits.
