Co-Working Spaces or Incubators or Accelators Subsidy Scheme
The Co-Working Spaces / Incubators / Accelerators Subsidy Scheme, under the Goa Start-up Policy 2017, supports certified start-ups by reimbursing a portion of the seat costs paid to SPC-listed co-working spaces, incubators, and accelerators. Start-ups can receive up to 50% reimbursement per seat (with defined caps) for a limited period, helping them access professional workspaces, mentorship, and incubation support. Implemented by the Start-up Promotion Cell (SPC), the scheme aims to reduce infrastructure costs and encourage start-ups to operate from structured innovation ecosystems.
Benefits

Start-ups get reimbursement of seat costs paid to SPC-listed facilities.

Co-working spaces: 50% reimbursement, up to ₹3,000 per seat, max 8 seats, for up to 2 years.

Incubators: 50% reimbursement, up to ₹6,000 per seat, max 8 seats, for up to 3 months.
Eligibility

The applicant must be a start-up certified by the Start-up Promotion Cell (SPC).

The start-up must avial seats only for co-working spaces, incubators, or accelerators listed by SPC.

Payments for seat occupancy must be made through digital modes, unless explicitly allowed otherwise.

The bank accounts of the Director(s) of the start-up must be linked with Aadhaar.

Original bill / invoice issued by the co-working space, incubator, or accelerator
Duly filled application form
Documents as specified in Annexture-I of the scheme (as applicable)
How to Apply?
Open the UDP portal and navigate to schemes tab.
Select Co-Working Spaces / Incubators / Accelators Subsidy Scheme from the list of schemes.
Click on the Apply button. ou will be automatically redirected to the Goa Online Portal to submit your application.
