The Office of the Commissioner, Labour and Employment support Goa’s employment and labour ecosystem through Employment Exchanges established under the All-India Scheme and governed by the National Employment Exchange Service Manual. These exchanges act as a vital link between job seekers and employers by facilitating registrations, job matching, and employment-related services. All Employment Exchanges offer career counselling, skill guidance, placement support, and enhanced employer engagement. Through coordination with industries and training institutions, the Department promotes employability, workforce development, and inclusive employment growth in Goa.
